Pathetic services

This will be the 6th request that I've send to Nedbank Legal. I received a sms that I'm going to be handed over for outstanding payments to my personal loan... REALLY???...i'm not a client of Nedbank anymore for the past 7 years, due to pathetic service, and not even one request has been answered. All I want to know is what is the outstanding amount due, as far as I know that account was paid up before I closed my account. Please can somebody just send me a email to [Email Removed] with a statement, ref# and banking details.
