Continued Billing after cancellation

October I cancelled my and my wifes gym contracts at Taylors Gym in Stellenbosch due to the fact that we moved to Bloemfontein. I gave the gym proof of my new work and they accepted the cancellations.

I noticed that ever since one of our contracts were not cancelled and they continued to deduct the gym fee from my account via debit order.

I must have phoned at least five times where I had to explain the situation every time and they said all will be delt with and someone will contact me the next day.
Needless to say they never did and I had to wait and only see more money get deducted from my account the next month.
Finally they figured out that my wifes contract was never cancelled by them, but now they refuse to repay the money that they WRONGFULLY took from my account!

This is bad service and I truely hope someone will see this and stay away from their gym.

BTW. a lot of their equipment was always out of order, especially the tredmills!!

If this doesnt get sorted out, Hello Peter will only be the beginning.
