Pick 'n Pay
Bad Attitude and no response

Shops, Products, Services

On 29/04/2013 I bought a few things at Pick n Pay Strand in the Western Cape. I am 65 years old and buy there for the past 40 years. The lady at the till, I think her name is Masimella was not friendly at all and looked as if she is doing me a favour. I put my stuff and p/p card on the counter and waited for my payment amount. The next moment she commanded me to push a empty Pick n Pay trolley through the entrance between the till and outlet.
I told her I am not working for Pick n Pay and therefor would not do there work. It was also not a trolley used by me..I reported this to the management who said nothing. I told the lady I think I must report this matter to head office and she said yes. I phoned the Western Cape head office and waited for customer care. After a long time and no answer I had to phone again and then I asked for the regional manager. I was put through to a lady who said she will ask somebody to phone me. After 3 hours nobody phoned me. I think if this is the attitude of Pick n Pay I must shop somewhere else. My money is good and that is as far as it go.
