I have done what was asked, now do what was agreed

I don't know where the problem, but then again, nothing with this company has ever been a smooth process, this time is no different. I have paid (in full) the fee required to cancel my contract, I have faxed and e-mail you the proof of this, and all of this was done over a month ago. Unfortunately I am back here again a year later with a new complaint against the same company. Please can someone who reads this, ensure that my contract is cancelled, that I stop being billed and that I am refunded the money that has been taken from my account??

Hopefully the manager of this branch reads this, maybe then I will have my call returned!!? And don't bother phoning head office, I don't believe there is even someone in that building. What ever the you need to do, please do it. I cant stand Planet Fitness and I hope that anyone who reads this and other comments like it, all do themselves a favour and go and sign a contract with Virgin Active! Stay away from these people, they don't know their ears from their noses.
