Still waiting for my gym back

Good day

I have signed up for gym with Virgin Active last year March on the 17 I was promised a bag as I signed up with them till this very day I am still waiting, I have reported the matter with management of the gym but I am told it will be given to me when there's stock till this very day I am still waiting and I see people who sign for gym on a daily base and they get the bag packs on the spot and I am still waiting for a year later

I am not satisfied about this
