Frauded into a 3 year contract

I am very upset with this company i have been notifying them for almost 2 years that i have been fruaded/mis-sold a 1 year trail contract for 3 year the consultant that gave me the contract was fired/dismissed for activities i sent off several documents to state that im an unemployed DOMESTIC WORKER an not SELF EMPLOYED as he made me out to be..but nothing was made of it . i have pay the account as far as i could but now i went into arrears because someone fruaded me to something that i did not agree to I'm a single parent an cont afford a lawyer to be put on this case but if i could i probably had it sorted along time... lawyers are calling me now for the outstanding money but i have explained It to them an they know that its wrong they also said they will look into it but i guess being mis-sold is nothing for them... i need the company to contract me an sort it out because its not a good feeling knowing that i cont pay this but still the arrears is increasing
