Octavia Spa
Booked and then cancelled

I call octavia Spa at 6:00pm this evening and spoke to Daniella who confirmed my booking with my credit card details for a hot stone massage confirmed and booked for this sunday. I then called my friend who was joining me from Cape Town to book her ticket and join me.

I then got a call an hour later saying the appointment is NO longer available after all the effort I went through - I am still using octavia spa after all the problems I have had, I am not happy at all and would like feedback A.S.A.P and please note an apology only will not be good enough - the next step will be the MD as your staff and system is not efficient - A business that makes promises and does not fulfill them is deeply disappointing.
