Good day Shalom,

As discussed earlier, I am really taken by how Maria in your store helped my wife. Noteworthy are the following points:

1. She was not working in the department that she came to assist us in, yet she knew what she was talking about.

2.She had a lot of product knowledge.

3.Despite the time of the day that it was (18:50), she continued to speak to us with a huge amount of enthusiasm (not something that you find in most places).

4.Very positive attitude.

5.Shared valuable ideas.

6.She was very patient

Please continue to motivate people like her as I really believe that Woolies does need people of that sort. I am sure that if she carries on that way, she will very soon receive an email like this about one of her own staff members. WELL DONE TO HER!!!
