Spent more than an hour in a 5 people queue with only 2 consultants working by the service desk, whilst other consultants are roaming around doing nothing. I asked the manager (Maria Radebe) why is the service poor, she told me she's busy with a customer and she can't be in two places at once, then she dismissed my other questions with a bad attitude. Other customers left without being helped.
