I went and bought a Cellphone from Edgars Cresta on the 27th of March 2013, worst mistake of my life. I was sold a faulty Phone, which heated up to a point where it would almost explode. The contract i got with the phone stipulated that the phone can only be exchanged within 7 days. When i went back to the shop the following week on a Wednesday i was told that the phone could not be exchanged as it was over 7 days. Apparently the first day being the day i bought the phone. Utter nonsense, This things are to be explained to the client on the day of purchase. To make things worse i spoke to their manager a johannes guy, who told me blatantly that there is nothing they can do for me. What a great display of Customer Service, simply fobbed away by this Manager. Mind you i still have to pay for this faulty phone. I would expect such a big Company to have people who can take full responsibity. I am disgusted at the way this matter was dealt with and will go as far as the National Consumer Commision fot this to be resolved. I DO NOT WANT A FAULTY PHONE. I am paying you a full amount every month.
I have consumer rights, i will not tolerate anything less than that
