Non-delivery of order and lack of progress report

I placed on order, with order number:200643276, on the 23rd of April 2013 and paid paid for priority delivery but almost a week after paying for the order, delivery has not taken place.

Every day when i call i am told that the payment has not been allocated to my order and this remains the case even though i received written confirmation from Roald on the day i placed the order that proof of payment had been received from the bank.

My numerous emails are not answered, instead, i keep on getting reminders to pay and eventually, my order cancelled!!

Please Zando, have the courtecy to respond to emails and offer to refund me if you do not have stock. This is the first time i used your platform and so far the experience is very very bad!!!

You consultants do not even apologise for the bad service, when you call they just act like its normal busines to have experience of this nature.

While at it, please consider revising your greeting on the telephone, the recording does not sound good at all!!
