As a first time buyer from Zando, having heard really good things about them, I placed an order with them on 3 January 2013. I paid via eft and received confirmation from them that the payment had been received and that I could expect communication regarding the delivery of my goods shortly. On Tuesday 8 January I followed up to confirm that I had not heard anything about my order and I was doing a friendly follow up. Since then, I have called into the call centre requesting feedback without any. I've left 3 messages for Roxy the manager to call me back and I haven't had a single phone call. This morning I received an email that some of the items I ordered are out of stock.

I don't want a refund or a store credit. I expect Zando to honour their obligation to me and fill my order. If the goods are out of stock, their system should not allow you to purchase them. I am concerned about the service received, or lack thereof and am confident this is a breach in the Consumer Protection Act. I'm hopeful that someone will get back to me now. Either way, I will be reporting this to the Consumer Affairs office.
