On the 01st July I went to Foschini Mokopane to pay my account. I was assisted by Joey who told me that my Fochini card is faulty. She called head office and was told that my card was blocked in 2009. I told Joey that last month I have made a payment using the same card. She was referred to customer service division; they also could not help me and referred Joey to card division. The phone number she had could not go through. On the 05th July I went again to Foschini Mokopane; was assisted by Yvonne. Again she could not help me. She advised me to bring my ID book so that they issue a new card. On the 12 July I went again to pay; was assisted by Annie. She too; could not help and she phoned head office again. She was told that head office will notify the store when the card is ready to be used; and the store will contact me. I received a very disturbing call this morning from Liezel who reminded me of outstanding payment. I explained my situation and she insisted that I pay or else Foschini will blacklist me. Help me to sort out this problem so that I can pay and avoid arrogant people like Liezel. When this is solved; I will never ever shop at Foschini. Bring my buying power to 00
