Worst Service!!!

I have had the worst experience ever dealing with Bears furniture store the Silverton Branch in Pretoria. I purchased a lounge set cash from the store in February 2013 and from day 1 i have had issues with the. First they did not have stock available for me so i settled for the one on the floor as i was assured that it was still in excellent condition. Thereafter i get a table to assemble with no screws. After numerous calls i got the correct table. Then about 3 weeks ago i notice that the set is opening apart call the store and log a complain. The next day i call and ask if i can change that make for something stronger even if i have to pay extra, yes they can do it with the authorisation from the store manager. Go into the store and nothing to my affordability available. Assistant manager calls the manager and assures me that on Monday (today) i can come in and get a refund. Call this morning to find out what time to come in and to my suprise they tell me they can not issue me with a refund! i call head office to speak to someone higher and guess what there is NO ONE available to assist me. I will NEVER EVER do business with this group again. As the last resort i will go legal now!
