I am soooo disgusted with the service that i have received from a this well know Retail furniture store. Its makes me sick to even speak to the people that work there. There is no communication at all. I purchased a lounge suite from this store last year, it was a Grafton Everest set, which had a manufacturers problem on it. I was then told that i need to choose a new lounge set, which i did via the Grafton showroom, and then gave the details to Bears. They then arranged for the lounge set to be manufactured for me. While it was been manufactured and i Kenneth that i am moving to JHb and to please arrange for Grafton to get the lounge set sent to the branch in JHB, and then arrange for Bears store to get it delivered to me. Its now a month now i am battling to get my lounge set, hence my payments are still going out from my debit order. I was advised that the lounge set will in JHB on Monday (22/04/2013) and then the store will deliver to me on Wednesday (24/04/2013), GUESS what no lounge set!!! Spoke to the store manager Vish, who does seem to know what is happening. I am gne take this to the Consumer Council, also refer to the CPA Act. I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAV
