What are house and home doing to act in the interest of LG Electronics and increase there turnover and maximise sales for LG.Let me tell you, they are doing nothing. Yesterday 28 April i visited House and Home Greenacres where customer service and product knowledge are non existent. I was keen on a LG surround sound 7.2 channel which was at a discount price. Firstly when i queried why there were 4 satellite speakers, the salesman (who i had to basically beg for assistance as i was interupting his chat with his mate) told me "put two small in front, two middle and the large floor standers at the rear", RUBBISH anyone knows tall floor standers in front. When i queried he told me that is what the LG rep told him. Anyway, they did not have stock and the display one was the last so i asked for further discount as they had no box and were just going to bubble wrap. I left fuming due to there inflexibility and off i went to Moffet Centre. They two only had a demo left and offered me a further 7.5% discount. It annoys me that the money at the end of the day still goes to House and Home. That is exceptionally poor service. What is even more concerning is that came from a manager. What about meeting budget?
