I laid an complaint about a pack of pampers where half of the pack was unusable, because it was manufactured wrong. over 3 weeks later hi have not yet received a reply or a voucher from them, when i called again today, the ref number was not even found on the system neither my details, i spend almost 400 rand with pampers each month and it seems like they dont even care that, they are about to lose a customer, because they do not take care of their complaints. if you ask the consultants to call you back they cant do that because they are not allowed to make calls, please explain to me why I must keep on spending money on calls and emails, and pampers when they are the ones whos products are faulty, then when they do send you a voucher they dont refund you for the money that you have to keep spending to get a ressponse from them. this makes my blood boil, and i am very close to switching to huggies.
