I purchased a box of pampers from The Game Store at The Glen, it was the value pack and most of the Nappies in that box were damaged the barrier elastic on the Nappies Had a default and could not be used. I called Pampers Customer Care, 3 weeks ago gave them all the details even sent them pictures of the damaged Nappies and no one has had the decency to respond.
I bought a second pack of Nappies which had the same problem, this time I went directly to The Game store as my first experience with Pampers Customer Care was off no use I am still waiting for them to get back to me with my initial complaint, I showed Game the Nappies fortunately they reimbursed me.

It's really frustrating knowing that pampers customer care knew about the default on the nappies and hadn't informed their suppliers to take it off the shelf. Nappies are expensive and unfortunately we as customers cant buy packs off these to open them to see if the Nappies can be used or not 2 bad experiences with pampers in 1 month is really disappointing and it caused a whole lot of inconvenience and frustration for both myself and my baby.
