Towards the end of January 2013 i bought a pack of pampers for my son size 5, upon using nappy number 5 i discovered that the nappy had broken, i emailed the customer care email address for pampers on the 18/02/2013 to advise and since then have sent numerous emails and followed up telephonically. Pampers nappies dont come cheap and im sure their turn over is very high, but to keep a valued customer who up to today still users their products waiting for a response is really pathetic.
