I lost my phone which was insured with them and i went to the shop and reported the dude who attended me asked for all required documents and i gave him that include IME number of the phone and affidavit from the police station three weeks later i went back they told me we should call the call center and we were on hold for almost 2half hours. we were not luck to get through i came again and we tried finally we got through when we did they told me the do not have my IME number. I asked how come the lady told me they can't help an now here i am stacked with no phone and i am still paying my account even the insurance that is not even paying out. late last year they bridged the contract i have with the and made me pay a lot more because of their system fault. i even asked them to ask me to do them a proper system i told the call center agent to cancel insurance on a phone i bought in march 2012 and leave the one i bought in September we can even ask for call recordings on that. i have paid more money which i did not budget for at the end i do not have even the stupid cellphone. They promised to call me back when complained to the call center about my account last year. so fustraite
