Purchased a Daddy's voucher and never received it

Hi,
I purhcased a daddy's deal voucher on 23 March 2013 but the voucher was never sent to my email address. I have been mailing and phoning daily. The lady who answers the phone does not have a clue what's happening there and promises to email the voucher, todate nothing. The excuse for the past 2 days is that they are offline. No apology, nothing. As if it's my fault that I don't have the voucher yet. Very unprofessional.
