Damaged boxes and bad service

My friend and I wanted to buy the numark dj2go from the musica store in menlyn mall. There were only two products left but the products packaging was so badly damaged (torn boxes, stuck with tape giving us the idea it had been opend) We could not convince ourselves to buy the products. When we queried for service about the products and the damaged boxes we were ignored buy a sales person. I sent musica this email on Friday and still haven't had response.
