The Bed Shop
No delivery as promised

On Sunday morning the 28th of April 2013 we went and purchased a new bed from the above store. We clearly indicated that we need the delivery of the bed on the same day as we do not have a bed to sleep on. We were assured that delivery would take place that afternoon. Guess what. There was no delivery and not even a phone call from anyone. The Bed Shop, you have messed with the wrong people. This matter will be reverted to senior management ASAP and rest assured that we will never do business with you again as you are untrustworthy to say the least. We are highly upset about the current situation.
