6 nappies out of a pack of 16 that is faulty

This is what I sent to the cuddlers customer care...: Good day all, hope all is good & well.
Just to bring to your attention, I have bought a pack of cuddlers disposable nappies, the pack of 16 to be exact & out of the pack of
16 nappies 6 was faulty. If it was 1 or 2 nappies then it would be OK, but 6 faulty nappies in one pack is unacceptable. I would like to know how can 6 nappies that is in one pack get pass your quality control...?

I have 4 faulty nappies as my wife through 2 nappies away, should you guys want to come & collect the faulty nappies. Size of nappies is LARGE

The reply I received from the cuddlers customer care was that I should post 2 of the faulty nappies to them... Are they for real now...??? ALMOST LIKE THEY POSTED THE NAPPIES TO ME... This is really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & if this is how they treat their loyal customers then I won't recommend anyone to buy their product
