Its been a month since I've reported a faulty pack of nappies to pampers and still there has been no feedback. All they said was that they would investigate it but nothing came of it and I still haven't received a refund. I even told them I would keep the faulty pack in case they needed a few of the nappies. I instead gave it to a needy child. I emailed twice last week again asking how I should go about the refund becoz nappies don't come cheap and I want to be refunded for losing out on a pack of nappies. Even yesterday I bought the sleep and play and I have to pull the sides gently else the whole flap comes loose. I don't know when the quality of pampers degraded like this, its disappointing. What happened to quality checks? I have to change my daughter every 2 hours else she's soaked. I'm basically forced to change to a new brand. Can someone please respond to my emails I've sent or inform me how I should go about getting a refund as the store refuse to refund me on open packaging.
