Inconsistency in taste of Butter chicken soup

I am a great fan of Woolies food market and clothing for that matter. I expect that when I purchase something from WW I am investing in great taste and quality.
I recently purchased the butter chicken soup and was very pleased with the taste so much so that I needed to get more and also told my extended family about this superb product. When I bought the same product the second time round from the same store I was grossly disapointed as the product looked different after the same preparation method and also tasted vastly different. The product was also, not expired. I did not expect this inconsistency with a WW food product as I have never experienced this before. I have bought the other soups like the butternut and this variant does not have the same issues as experienced with the Butter chicken variant. I will think twice about trying any of teh ready-to-eat meals at WW again.

I should mention that I am Indian so I do have a knack for Indian flavours. The product did not represent the butter chicken flavous at all.
