Expired marinated chicken... AGAIN

I bought a pack of marinated chicken thighs, cooked it, was ready to eat it, when I discovered it was off. The chicken itself was sour in taste, and the sauce was a bit off too. What's worrying is the sell by date was set for the 30th April, while today is the 29th. This seems to only happen with some of your chicken products. It is totally disgusting that you can allow this to happen! I honestly feel like I would get fresher products in a Chinese meat market selling dried dog.

I am not looking for a reimbursement, and nor will I bother to bring you the product; all I expect out of this is for FLM to wake up, and provide a standard of quality and freshness that you so proudly advertise of. My sister in law refuses to buy anything from your shops for the very same reason.

I truly hope this matter is taken seriously, as you will lose another customer, should this ever happen again. For the record, I spend R2000 a month EVERY month on your meat products, so I highly suggest this is something you address!
