BURNT MUSHROOM SOUP RUINED CHICKEN

I try not to frequent any checkers as I have had a few bad experiences there. On the 2/6/2013 I purchased a tub of already made mushroom soup because it looked nice and thick and delicious, thought it would be a good idea to make it with chicken as a casserole. I then purchased a drum and thigh chicken pack. When I got home i fried the chicken and then opened the soup and added it to the chicken only to discover afterwards that a burnt smell started coming from the dish. I decided to taste the soup and it had a burnt taste like someone had burnt it in the pot but skimmed the top part off that was not burnt only problem with that is that it makes everything taste s#@%t!! I tried to disguise the taste with herbs etc, but none of the guest I had would eat it because the burnt taste was so strong and I had to discard the whole dish. I have the slips as proof and the container. ADVICE: it is better to throw away something burnt and take a small knock than to loose countless customers through carelessness and bad management!!
