Poor Quality of Golf Bag

Bought a Clicgear Golf Bag during December 2012. Bag was bought through Pro Shop Boksburg. During February I noticed that the shaft on my driver has scratched inside the bag. I noted that the inside hard plastic of the bag had dented. I referred to the ProShop but was advised that bag cannot be replaced as it looks like it has fallen.
