Poor quality product - no response from support

I have recently bought a Rolling tote bag from Groupon Goods RS ( [URL Removed] ) and have only been using it for a month when the inside seams of the fabric torn loose. I contacted Groupon to get it returned to get repaired / replaced / refunded. Its been 5 days now and I have received no response from them yet.

What bothers me is the poor quality product they sold, and having no after sales service. If I bought the bag in a shop, it would have been easy to take it back to get replaced, fixed or refunded. I expect the same service from Groupon.
