Unfair and High Delivery Costs

After being approved for credit a very hesitant store clerk assured me that I need not worry about delivery cost because it will be included in my installment. After being given the installment cost I again asked how much the delivery cost will be.

To my surprise I was told that it will cost R800.00. I stay no less 5 km from the shop. I was told that they do not keep stock at the shop therefore i need to pay for stock kept in Boksburg to be brought to my place.

This is really unfair because I bought furniture in North Gate and they should arrange and pay for delivery from Boksburg to North Gate if needs be instead of passing this to the customer.
