FURNITURE CITY PAROW - DELIVERY FEES

I bought Furniture at this store - the salesperson indicated that they charge delivery fees - afterwards he told me that furniture city does not do deliveries - he suggested that the contract should be amended to deduct delivery fees, as i signed to pay R3000.00 for delivery. they arranged for delivery on my request (but then i received accidentally with my furniture a printed email which stated that delivery was only R600.00, the salesperson indicated that he will not refund me. twice he told me i need to wait he will ask discuss with his manager and return my call - this never happened to date.i was brought under the wrong impression when signing the contract and feel like the shop misled me and now no1 can confirm what happened with the remaining R2400.00.YOUR ASSISTANCE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
