Cheese well and truely off

I purchased some Dairybelle Gouda cheese (230g vacuum pack) from the Pick n Pay in Ballito recently and on opening the cheese it smelt bad and tasted even worse. Needless to say into the dustbin and no cheese sauce for dinner. On checking the expiry date it was 02 Jul 13.
This has certainly put me off buying vacuum packs any more and would rather buy inhouse cut cheese from now on.
