Quality is so poo

Hi Mr Price. I would like to mention that the quality of your clothing is very poor. items that i have bought never last more than 1 wash without the seams coming loose or buttons falling off. Because of this, i have not purchased items from you in a long time. The other day i found a skirt that i really like and i purchased it. After 1 wash the stitching was coming out and after wearing it once, the middle tore when it is sewn. Cant believe i convinced myself to buy the skirt when i knew it would not last.
