Disguting Customer Service

I was at PnP Promenade in Mitchells Plain yesterday (15/01/2013). My 2 year old daughter needed to use the toilet. I took her to the toilet in the store but the door was locked. I approached one of the till packers (Nolovuyo) and asked her if she knew if there was someone in the toilet. She turned around slightly, gave me a glance and turned back to the cashier and just said she don't know. I then asked her if i needed a key to use the toilet and without even looking at me she just shrugged at me. I was so disgusted in her attitude. I said to her the least she can do is look at me while I am talking to her. She just continued to ignore me and went on with her conversation with the cashier. I then went to the customer care kiosk to speak to the store manager (Waheeb Daniels). What a waste of time... they called him on the intercom and after almost 15 minutes of waiting I decided to leave the store. Seriously??? Is this the kind of customer service we have to be subjected to. I have had numerous incidents at this branch of PnP and I am sorry to say but had this been a store in a (white) area, I know for a fact the service would be much better...
