I have been having repeated problems with stock availability on an order I placed for PC components for over three weeks. I eventually managed to place the order just to get another mail from Takealot stating that one product I ordered has been discontinued and that my order will be once more delayed due to no stock availability on another item. After a call to the head office and speaking to a supervisor (Nadia Davis) my order was quickly sorted and sent on to me. Thanks to her assistance I was finally able to conclude a process that has been giving me some gray hair.
