I am so sick and tired of Homechoice. I will never in my life buy anything from them again, and I would discourage all my loyal HC friends and family to also NOT buy from them.

They phoned me every single day to tell me about the great specials.. Which I finally managed put an end to. The agents are so rude and have absolutely no manners.

No they call me to tell me that I owe them R80? I have received my statement and made a payment of the OUTSTANDING BALANCE. Which means it is settled (28/02/2013). But no. Still I owe them money. And apparently I have to call in and close my account otherwise they will charge me with a monthly admin fee. Even though I don't owe anything. No one bother to tell me this. But they can call me everyday for outstanding money and for specials.. I have not received a statement for 2 months (strikings). I only received a statement yesterday via e-mail.

I refuse to pay this until a manager calls me to tell me that these unmannered and rude agents will be sorted out (because calls are recorded...). And that after the final payment of R83.01, the account will be closed and I will not be charged again.
