I would like to know my balance on my account to settle. I've been through your call centre (where Joshua could not assist or give me his surname bacause of his bad customer service training and attitude), your Boksburg branch accounts department who (AGAIN) could not assist due to their systems being down since Friday and your accounts department (0102110100 or 0860110808) whose telephone lines does not work apparently due to me phoning to early (09:05???).

I don't care about how sorry you are AGAIN, please just send me my account balance so that I can settle and never do business with you guys again.
