Approached us in August last year to do our liquor licence on our behalf, called us over a period of a month. I asked for documentation from previous applications which she provided. I paid a R 3500 deposit, Heleen mailed me requesting the balance which she required before she could move forward. She sent me a list of documentation which I sent through to her. Having not heard from her for a period of time I tried calling over a period of a week before finally speaking to someone who put me in touch with Heleen, who subsequently informed me that I needed to submit formal plans - on my initial application she said this wasn't a requirement. I have sent these off only to find that they haven't been collected from the post office. I have spent the past 2 weeks calling the various numbers I have for her, leaving messages and sending emails - no response!!! I can only kick myself for not having checked on Hello Peter before having gone down this road. I have clearly been fleeced!!!
