I have a Edgars account which is paid in full, I was under debt review a while ago and recently requested Edgars to remove the debt review flag which they did, an Agent called me back and I asked of the account was now active again and she confirmed that the account is ready for purchasing, the problem is the account is a 50/50 account, I asked them why the cant they change it and make it a normal account? She gave me a whole long story of I must close my current account and re-apply for a new account, I told her I do not have time to stand in queues and go through the whole process again, she then said I must apply online which I tried several times and it keeps on giving me errors saying I should contact the web administrator. Why is so difficult to just change it to a normal account? Why must I now go through the whole process again?
