Ive bought a blackberry 2 years ago from edgars and was offered insurance on the cellphone and so i took it, recently my phones centre scroll gave problems so i sent the phone in to the insurance which is associated with edgars, and its been a month already and they still telling me that they 'investigating' my request, they take way too long and dont care whether the customer needs the phone
