Lack of Cashiers

Went to PMB Church Street Sun 04 August2013 at 12pm. Floor very busy. Very few Cashiers open. Long lines to pay. Nobody cares how long line is. Asked if we could perhaps pay at another point like perfumes. Was told by a staff not possible.

This does'nt happen at Woolworths next door. They have a floor manager walking around and sorting such issues immediately. In fact, if you wait more than a few minutes, you are encouraged to phone a cell no displayed near the tills.

Please find out where the store/floor manager is on Sundays. Perhaps sleeping in some back-office. Is this how they while away the time at work?
