I bought a IPlay Bilingual laptop on the 30 March 2013, for my Son's birthday on the 16th April 2013. I open the product on the day of purchase to check that all the items are there.
Firstly i cannot go through all the features as there are to many. So on the 21 April 2013, the 1st day my son plays with the product, he decides to do some maths. And to my amuse the number keys on the keyboard does not work. So i have a faulty product and an upset child. I take it to back to Verimark an hour later and show the assistant the fault on the laptop. When i request my money back, they show me a small A5 Sheet on the counter that states, 15 day money back guarantee. I advise the girl that helps me, which was now standing very cheeky at the other side of the counter did not advise me this. She only advise me that the laptop has a 1year guarantee. No where on the slip does it state 15day money back guarantee, so how am i suppose to know this. So 22days and i cannot get my money back. I don't want another laptop. I am not happy with it and i was not happy with the service. The assistants are so quick to sell the product but cannot give one important information
