WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I bought a laptop from Russells festival mall on a 2 year contract with life and product insurance. I'm paying almost 9000 for my laptop. R316 a month. my laptop's trackpad is not working properly and now they say they cant fix it i dont have an extended guarantee on it. why on earth am i paying almost r9000 for a freak en laptop if if cant even be fixed. I'm so and i want my money back. but of course that wont happen. i will never ever refer or tell anyone to buy a sahara product ever again. or even by any products from festivall mall. im very disappointed and i will never recommend Sahara to anyone!!! poor service and a waist of my money!!! thanks a lot.
