Faulty LG 42In ref no 2122616 booked in 4 jan 2013

On the 4th of January 2013 i reported at the returns department at makro vaal that the LG 42 INCH purchased in September 2011 still being under the two years guarantee was only playing DVD and not playing TV channels like it used to do. on the 11th February 2013 i received the sms stating that the supplier has quoted the repair and my approval is required. i disapproved it and paid the 10% of the quote.. on receipt of the TV there was no picture even with the DVD. I took it back to makro. They tested and found that there was no picture. They phoned the service provider who agreed that they have removed the PC board but they should return it. now i phoned to inquire about the TV and i was told they lost my PC BOARD AS THEY DON'T KEEP THE OLD ONES AND THEY WILL FIX IT IF THEY CAN RECEIVE ANY OLD PC which they cant even tell when.i demand to have my TV in the same condition as i send it or they have to install a new one because i didn't authorize them to take it out when i declined the quote.. Despite that why did they ask for my approval but do the opposite? please help me i have been without the TV from January to date. thanking you in advance contact no:0827569681 my name is Elisa.
