In breach of CPA

On 10 March 2013, I submitted a compaint on the Look and Listen website and then sent the same complaint to the [Email Removed] email address. Today 21 April 2013, I am still waiting acknowledgement of my complaint.

I would like to make a complaint. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE!!!
Recently my son (10) purchased a pc game at Clearwater Mall store, as he managed to save up a few months of his pocket money, to get some things he needed to improve his gaming experience. So he purchased 4 items with a total value of R859 (receipt RCCW0425232). We only realized later that same day that one of the games, War of Warcraft "Cataclysm", would only work if one has the original version of War of warcraft and has Internet access. We went back to the store the next day willing to exchange the item for an equivalent value item and be on our merry way. Afterall that is what the conumer protection act affords a consumer just like my son. I spoke to the manager, Eugene, who told us that there was nothing he could do but that I needed to get hold of the game people to get it sorted. I request that Look and Listen act in line with CPA and exchange the game for an equal val
