Paid item billed extra on collection

On 18 March 2013, Monday, I went into look & Listen Worcester, in the Western Cape to purchase my son a game, Transformers - Dark of the Moon, which he so much wanted. They did not have stock, so I had to order the game, being informed that it might take a while. I knew this since I am a frequent client there & have ordered items before.
I asked the consultant, Rafeal, if there would be any additional costs, like courier or an increase in the product once it gets there? He assured me that it would not be the case.

On 05 April 2013, Friday, i received an sms from Look & Listen Worcester saying that the PS3 game I ordered has arrived. I immediately went to collect it. On arriving there & presenting my receipt to Rafael, I was told that there was an additional cost of R100. I told him what he told me when i paid for the game & I was told that I should either pay the extra cost or take my money.
Seeing the look on my sons face, I hesitantly paid the R100 extra charge. An elderly gentleman standing next to me was dismayed at this & told me that I shouldn't pay that extra charge.

Ask Rafeal & Nishaat, I am a regular client buying 3d movies & PS3 games. R100 just lost you a client
