Hello there, I purchased a blackberry 9300 in April 2012, recently the tearing on the leather has caught my attention as to why would this occur has well as the scroll giving me problems, an employee from Game advised me that I should take it for repairs at the customer service and they would help me, filled in a form and sent it in for repairs before the guarantee could expire, hoping that something could be done when I get my phone back, within two weeks I got a message to come and pick up the phone only to find out that nothing was done.
