Disinterested service

I went into Musica Sandton City on Saturday 20 April to purchase Game of Thrones Series 1. THe lady who assisted me had to actually be persuaded to look at me and attend to me. Because you do not have it available in this store I asked if it could be sent from Fourways branch (where it is available) to the Sandton City branch I was told this would take 2-3 weeks! I could walk the distance quicker than that! How ridiculous that to send a dvd set from Fourways to Sandton could take 2-3 weeks. I then spoke to Frank in Fourways and asked him to send it to Sandton City for me - he reckoned on 1 week for this to happen. I have asked Chanelle at Sandton City to call me when it comes in... but with the totally disinterested service I originally got from the staff at that branch I am not holding my breath. I hope Frank is right because it is a special birthday present for a very special person.
