On 21 February I ordered a pair of shoes from Citymob. The order arrived the next day and I was so impressed that I sang their praises on Hellopeter. Unfortunately the wrong colour was delivered but it was okay and I decided not to fuss and wore them. On 27 February I was informed by Citymob that the wrong colour shoes were delivered and that they would collect and replace with the correct colour. I asked if it were okay for me to keep the shoes and get another pair of the correct colour. I did a direct transfer into their bank account on 1 March and heard nothing. After enquiring I was told the shoes would be delivered the week of the 18th. I waited and nothing happened.
On 2 April I wrote and told them I was disgusted and wanted my money back. They apologised and stated and offered to que me for payment. I guess this is just another false promise because when I checked my bank account yesterday, the payment has still not been made... and it is nearly 3 weeks.
This has turned out to be a horror order which began innocently on 21 February!
Please Citymob, pay me now and you will NEVER hear from me again.
